Today’s student expects to be unleashed to create a presentation that fits their swag. Fortunately for teachers, there is a growing list of fantastic (and free) web-based tools for students to use.
Exercise Objectives:
The recruit will:
- Explore some different presentation tools as outlined at http://mvtrainings.weebly.com/presentation-tools.html
- Choose a tool to create a sample presentation. (You may wish to make your presentation something that you can use in class!)
To Complete Activity 2:
- Create an account with your chosen presentation tool
- Create a presentation that includes text, still pictures and embedded video
- Embed or link the presentation to your blog
- Post a reflection of the tool for others to see
- Comment on 3 other recruits’ presentations and/or posts
